Services Overview

Velocity Cleaning Systems provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in the Puget Sound area, including but not limited to:

• Window washing (interior and exterior)
• Pressure washing
• Soft washing
• Gutter cleaning
• Roof cleaning
• Solar panel cleaning
• Dryer vent cleaning
• Fleet washing
• Apartment and multi-unit property cleaning

Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change. All estimates provided through our website are non-binding until confirmed in writing by a Velocity Cleaning Systems representative.

Free Estimates

Our free estimate tool provides approximate pricing based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition of the property, accessibility, and scope of work upon on-site inspection. Submitting an estimate request does not constitute a binding agreement for services. An estimate becomes a confirmed booking only after mutual written or verbal agreement between you and Velocity Cleaning Systems.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Once a service appointment is scheduled and confirmed:

• Cancellation: We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Rescheduling: We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests. Please contact us as early as possible.
• Weather: Certain services (e.g., exterior window washing, pressure washing) are weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unsafe weather conditions at no additional charge.
• Access: You are responsible for ensuring our crew has reasonable access to the areas requiring service. If we are unable to access the property at the scheduled time, a trip charge may apply.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payment methods. For commercial accounts or recurring service agreements, custom payment terms may be negotiated. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the service date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will return to address the issue at no additional cost. Our guarantee applies to the specific services performed and does not cover pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or conditions outside our control (e.g., hard water staining, permanent oxidation).

Liability and Insurance

Velocity Cleaning Systems is fully insured and bonded. In the unlikely event that damage occurs during service:

• You must report any damage within 48 hours of service completion.
• We will inspect the reported damage and, if determined to be caused by our crew, will repair or compensate for the damage through our insurance coverage.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
• We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to deteriorated seals, aged or brittle materials, pre-existing water damage, or structural defects.

Website Use

When using our website, you agree to the following:

• You will provide accurate and complete information when submitting forms or requesting estimates.
• You will not use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website.
